VIP Coordination & Planning Package

The All Inclusive package is for the bride & groom looking for a support system during their planning that will be there every step of the way- that will take care of all of the details, do all of the leg-work, worrying and tedious particulars . This package is perfect for the couple that have an idea of what they want and how they want it, but have decided to delegate the responsibility and stress that goes into planning an event as important as a wedding, to professionals who advise, organize, research, bargain hunt, coordinate, communicate & plan for a living. This is the ultimate service for the busy couple who wants to enjoy the planning process and who anticipates the many overwhelming, details involved in planning a wedding and wants the luxury of having someone else manage the details.

This package includes all of the previously mentioned services and consists of all production, set-up and vendor coordination etc. on your wedding day.

  • Unlimited support, advisement and consultations throughout the planning process- in person or via phone or email.
  • Monthly and weekly check-in’s to ensure we’re on task and on schedule with the wedding to-do list.
  • We will attend any and all appointments and consultations with various vendors. Including but not limited to- dress fittings, caterer appointments & menu tasting, reception site meetings, rental companies, cake consultations, florists etc.
  • We will keep you within the set budget and stay on top of the various monetary elements that pertain to your wedding.
  • We provide full use of our knowledge of local vendors, price points, and recommendations. Unlimited Vendor referrals. Includes negotiation of packages & pricing as well as discounts from our preferred vendors.
  • We will coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with vendors and sites.
  • We will review all vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Hotel Block, rates, referrals and coordination and maintenance through-out the planning of your event.
  • We will provide guidance, advice and assistance with various components that contribute to the success of your event. We will be of use to you and at your assistance as much or as little as you’d like. You set the tone.
  • We will be the vendor contact and field all inquiries and calls pertaining to their role in the wedding celebration through-out the planning process.
  • We will not take over the design of the event but will provide design direction and advice with your vision in mind. We will coordinate and carry out that vision and ensure that all of your floral & design elements are as you wish on the wedding day.
  • We will provide organized & professional execution of every detail and element of your event.
